"Después de varias experiencias negativas con agentes de seguros en Florida, llegué a esta oficina con muchas dudas y desconfianza. Un compañero de trabajo me recomendó hablar con ella, pero sinceramente no esperaba mucho. Sin embargo, desde el primer momento me sorprendió. Es una agente extremadamente amable, paciente y profesional. Se toma el tiempo de explicar cada detalle, responde todas las preguntas sin apuro y demuestra un conocimiento real del proceso. Lo que más me gustó es que no solo vende un seguro: se preocupa porque entiendas lo que estás contratando y que realmente tengas la mejor opción para ti. "I have been a customer for about 5 yrs and in that time my home owners insurance has almost doubled without having any claims! I tried to get them to find ways I can lower the cost but they never got backed to me after telling me they would call back within a week. After one month of waiting I had to call them twice to get an answer of there was nothing they could do."

Unfortunately, State Farm, and the entire insurance industry in Kentucky has been facing a lot of challenges with claims. We are seeing a significant increase in the volume and cost of claims. Kentucky has experienced way more extreme weather events in the past few years. This has forced insurance companies to increase rates. "
