"Worst agent ever! I went to this office because it sounded good to be able to talk to your agent in person, The service that we got is really bad. We were approved for our policies, we switched agencies only to find a month later "by a letter" that one of the policies was cancelled. The person that sold the policies to us, Jason Nuxol, didn't even bothered to give us a call ahead to let us know what happened. We went to the office to discuss, he mentioned that was going to let Greg know about this and he will call us back. that never happened of course.Two months later, we haven't received the refund on the policy that was cancelled. The person on the phone raised her voice and almost hang up on me when I told herabout my frustration, cancellation without notice and no refund received yet. So please even if you want to switch to state farm do not go through this agent."
