"Terrible customer service! Walked in the office to inquire about my recent bill that has an increase of $19 for this month! The policy binder that was sent from the office is not what they abide with! They increase your bill EVERY SINGLE MONTH and cheat on what they charge you for! I had drive safe and save on my account, and once I received a notification that it wasn’t set up, I called the office to ask for it to be sent, but they never sent it and now they’re taking that discount off. When I asked if they could please send it and adjust the bill otherwise I will go to another insurance company, the representative that was in the office started laughing at me very rudely! I asked him why was he laughing and that’s pure unprofessional and rude, he was like you are no longer a customer I can make fun of you! DO NOT GET YOUR INSURANCE WITH THIS AGENT! I called main customer service support and they were able to fix this for me and changed my agent to another agent. Update: I added a picture of the last bill I got which shows that again they lie about things if you don’t pay attention. I didn’t go online and get a quote, I talked to a customer service representative and got a quote, which was around $56, then when I contacted Greg Haus as an agent they said it was the wrong address so it will go up to around $74, which I was fine with. Then, I get this bill increasing it from $74 to $80 then to $92, and when I went to the office to talk to Greg Haus agent the agent that was there basically made fun of me and started laughing and saying rude comments for no reason. Instead of blaming me as a customer you should talk to the representative that you had working on the day I went to your office and teach them how to work and how to be polite and professional. As I said before, I contacted customer support right after I left the office and they fixed everything and switched me to a new agent and apologized on your behalf, and that’s probably the only reason why I’m still with State Farm."

"Mary Kay O'Connell really came through for me. A Lowe's truck hit my car over two months ago and I had not been able to get an appropriate person to call me about fixing my car. I contacted State Farm, and Mary Kay spent over an hour obtaining a correct email for me to pursue the matter. She said if that doesn't work, then she and State Farm will take care of my car, then file subrogation to be reimbursed by Lowe's. After her work, I have been copied on some internal Lowes emails regarding my situation."

"I noticed that my most recent bill had my old address on it, but it was correct everywhere else so I called to update it. The next day I received a bill for $348 with no explanation. When I called to ask what it was, I was told that when I updated my address it went back to underwriting where they increased my rate because of the neighborhood I now live in (even though they had my correct address everywhere else). I asked to speak to someone who could tell me why exactly it was so much and I was just told 'no'. What a terribly disappointing experience. We now have to look for another insurance provider because of the increase."

"I was having an awful experience with the customer service 800 number when dealing with a claim I went to my local office where Mary Beth and pretty much every one over there was extremely pleasant and sweet and completely changed entire experience from something dreadful to one I am excited about although my claim is ongoing I just want to thank the whole crew 🥰🥰"
